My passion started 13 years ago…

I’ve been fascinated with birth & pregnancy since I was 17 years old. From the birth of my first niece, to becoming a nurse serving in women birth, and going through a massive self discovery process, my heart has cracked open wide in serving & supporting women. It all started with a girl dreaming of making a change for women in one of the most important phases of their life, birth. I chased that dream and became a labor & delivery nurse. 2 years in I felt a strong calling seek deeper work & have more freedom to serve women holistically.

The last 6 years of my life have been committed to my nursing career, studying and mastering my own fertility, and becoming devoted to the art of menstrual cycle awareness. During this time, I dove deep into learning everything I can about fertility, pregnancy, birth & postpartum. I honor these phases of life as sacred, ceremonial & highly potent. Over the years I have attended many trainings and received an abundance of education & knowledge on women’s health, holistic preconception, birth & postpartum.

I’ve know since I was a little girl that my mission is to serve.

From the art of the menstrual cycle to the tender moments of postpartum, my vision is to be able to support you holistically, helping you feel & embody the sacredness of your unique journey as a Woman.

Postpartum Doula
Pre/Postnatal Massage Certificate
RPYT-85 (Prenatal Yoga)
6 years of menstrual cycle & fertility awareness studies
4 years of coaching experience
